PROTEIN BOWL CHEESE CAKE(KETO)
Protein bowl cheese cake breakfast muffins are a Low Carbohydrate Protein rich breakfast option.
4 ingredient super recipe
Serve them with a pinch of Ceylon cinnamon & some organic grade 'A' maple syrup for kids !!
Preparation time :: 5 minutes
Baking time :: 20 mins @ 310 F
2 Eggs
1/2 ounce cream cheese
1/4 cup coconut flour or almond flour
2 drops vanilla flavor and 1/2 tsp baking powder optional
Blend all ingredients in a blender, pre-heat the oven to 320F, pour the batter into glass bowls with coconut oil smeared in, bake for 12 minutes.
You can add a dash of baking powder to fluff it up further I refrain from using it, If you must pick a baking powder (choose the one without Corn starch - it is a GMO ingredient)
