ALMOND PANCAKE (INSTANT - 3 MINUTE SANDWICH)

Gluten Free Protein Bread - Almond Bread (Serving Size : 2 slices)

 

3 eggs (free range organic)

4-5 tbsp Blanched Almond Flour

 

***Optional Tweak:: Add 1/4 cup Raw organic cacao powder (if you like to make a brownie), add date sugar if you like it sweet. (I usually don't).

 

Blend or beat up all ingredients, heat the skillet on medium heat, grease skillet lightly (to avoid sticking) with extra virgin olive oil or extra virgin coconut oil, pour 8 inches batter into circles, cook until first side turns golden brown, turn over to cook the other side.

 

Best served with spicy guacamole or (dessert choices) for kids and adults 1 tbsp Justin's Hazelnut Butter or 1 tbsp Organic Maple Syrup (Grade A)

Make your own sandwich with red onions, lettuce, mixed greens, grass fed sour cream and choice of sauce, optional add ons :: choice of meat (for that additional protein)
