ANITI-OXIDANT CHIA PUDDING

ANTI-OXIDANT CHIA PUDDING 

 

1/4 cup wild blue berries (frozen from Trader Joes, these are richer in polyphenols 

compared to the farm raised blue berries) or frozen Acai berries

2 medium strawberries (optional)

3 blackberries

1/2 frozen banana

1 tbsp Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt (Vegan option)

4-5 soaked almonds or 1 tbsp almond butter

 

Blend all the above ingredients with 1 cup ice or 1/2 cup spring water. Add 3 tbsp Chia Seeds and set aside for 5 minutes.
