VEGAN PROTEIN CAKE
VEGAN CHIA EGG PROTEIN CAKE
3 tbsp ground chia soaked in 7 tbsp water (for 15 minutes) - DIY CHIA EGGS
1 handful spinach
1/2 banana or 1/4 cup coconut/almond flour (for those who don't prefer a banana)
Blend all ingredients, place a skillet on medium heat, spray some extra virgin olive oil/coconut oil.
Pour the batter into 7 inch circles
Close lid for 4 minutes
Turn over and cook other side until firm or golden brown
Serve hot with some maple syrup or unsweetened apple sauce or Justin's Hazel nut spread
