The human senses are attracted to the bright colors, creamy texture and the enhanced aroma signal the brain receptors to crave sugar to restore the low Dopamine centers, thus making you fall prey to this deadly piece of MAN-MADE FOOD.

It wouldn’t matter if you have a little chunk or a whole serving as the toxins (chemicals and proteins) have already entered your blood stream to disrupt your gut-lining, progressing your chances of hormonal disruption and auto-immune diseases (Eczema, Psoriasis, Hashimotos Thyroiditis, Crohn’s).

Well, the cows cannot therefore they are given TUMS (antacid) very often to suppress the inflamed stomach acids caused by overconsuming grains.

Result: These antacids, antibiotics (given to the animal) and the pesticides/chemicals (used in the production of GMO crops) enter the cow’s bloodstream to the milk and the butter we eat. So, we are not what we EAT, we are what we eat EATS!!

Sugar is not expensive, not cheap either therefore markets and big companies have leaned towards sugar syrups derived from corn, rice and cheaper sources (Malto-dextrin, Corn starch, Corn Syrup, High fructose corn syrup). These syrups are loaded in fructose, only metabolized by our liver and stored as fat, unlike glucose that is readily used by most cells in the body.

High loads of fructose in the body balloon the waist line and leave the body craving more as the brain senses sugar but is never gratified due to few fructose receptors present in the body. To facilitate manufacturer cost cuttings these sugar syrups are extracted from GMO plants worsening their overall effect on the human body.

2.     Pasture Raised Free Range Eggs – Chickens have not been caged, have been let out freely for few minutes to most part of the day (depending on the farmer) and have been raised in organic conditions

3.     Omega 3 Organic eggs – Chickens are fed flaxseeds to improve egg quality that can support cognitive enhancement through EPA/DHA, Omega 3 compounds.

8     BAKING POWDER
