COCONUT STICKS (KETO/OVA-VEGETARIAN/LOW CARBOHYDRATE) - Serving Size 4 sticks

Gluten Free

Dairy Free

Sugar Free

Artificial Sugar/additives free

3/4 cup Organic Coconut Flour 

4 Free Range Omega 3 Eggs

1 tbsp RAW UNFILTERED APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

Optional Creative Tweak** :: Add 2 tbsp raw cacao powder to made chocolate sticks and add choice of sweeter (date sugar/maple syrup).

Preheat oven to 350F, Grease baking vessel with extra virgin coconut oil/coconut oil, pour whipped batter and layer evenly, bake for 25-30 minutes until it turns golden brown, cool down and slice into sticks. Refrigerate upto 4 days.

***Caveat Alert :: No matter how healthy you choose to eat, quantities matter as too much of a good thing can be bad for your body, excess nut consumption can be pro-inflammatory when consumed in higher quantities which can cause abdominal bloating and gas due to high fibre content.
