No matter how healthy you choose to eat, quantities matter as too much of a good thing can be bad for your body, Almond bread can be pro-inflammatory if consumed in higher quantities due to its high omega 6 fat profile, ***as much as I call this the healthiest bread in the world, it may not be for you if your allergic to eggs and nuts (you can replace eggs to chia eggs and nut flour to cassava or arrow root flour).
You will need -
1 cup Blanched almond flour, 1/2 cup coconut flour, 1/4 cup psyllium husk (optional)
3 or 4 Free Range Omega 3 Eggs (to adjust consistency)
1 tbsp Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Baking Powder
Preheat Oven to 350F, grease the baking vessel with extra virgin Olive oil/ extra virgin coconut oil, pour batter into the baking vessel and bake for 25-30 minutes, cool it down and slice up, save up portions in zip lock bags and refrigerate upto 4 days.
Make your own sandwich with mixed greens, choice of grass fed cheese, add on extra meat options and guacamole/avocado
