AVOCADO BRUSSELS SPROUTS DIP

1/2 cup brussels sprouts

1 tbsp almond/sunflower butter (8g Fat) or 1/2 avocado

2 tbsp Organic Greek yogurt (or Dairy free option ::  8-9 soaked almonds with water,*** I don't recommend commercial almond milk due to low nutritional value, additives, poor quality water and fortified vitamins)

4 tbsp chia seeds (11g Fibre & ALA - plant omega 3's)

1 tsp salt, 1/2 squeeze lemon, cilantro leaves to garnish

Blend all ingredients in a power blender except chia seeds, add 1/2 cup spring water to suit consistency, add chia seeds, store in a tight container, refrigerate 4 hours or overnight, serve chilled.
