SPINACH CHIA PUDDING (NO SUGAR)

CAVEAT :: Spinach contains 100mg OXALATES per ounce, people with kidney stones (oxalates or phosphates), Gout (high uric acid levels) can replace this leafy green to baby KALE.

1/2 apple or 1/2 banana (13g Carbohydrate)

1 handful spinach 

1 tbsp greek yogurt/ half cup home made almond milk (5g Protein)

2 strawberries

3 tbsp chia seeds 

2 tbsp low sugar hemp granola topping (optional ;; nuts, flax, cacao nibs, ground coconut flakes)

Blend all ingredients except chia and granola toppings in a power blender, add water to suit consistency, now add chia seeds, store in a tight container, refrigerate 4 hours or longer, serve chilled.

Sprinkle granola toppings or berries when your ready to eat.

***For additional sweetness or as a kid meal :: you can include 1 date/1 full banana
