KALE CHIPS
KALE CHIPS (Vitamin C snack)
5 Handful Kale (washed and cleaned)
Choice of Oils - 1-2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Extra Virgin Avocado Oil (As their smoke point is relatively higher and suitable to cook below 340 degrees Farhenheit)
Massage oil onto the Kale leaves.
Spray or brush some oil onto the oven plate, place Kale evenly on the oven plate.
Pre-heat Oven to 320 degrees Fahrenheit, set the tray inside and bake for 12-15 minutes, checking in between so they don't dry out completely.
Remove the chips, sprinkle some pink salt, pepper, serve them as a TV snack or as a side to a rice dish.
